Both layers are rounded cut and gathered onto a metal wire comb. Fluff the gathers and tulle for a super big modern and fun look. This veil would be perfect with a pant suit, a short wedding dress or a modern silk gown. 1980's all grown up. We recommend wearing this veil close to the crown of your head for maximum fullness.♥
